This puppy is sold with no breeding rights.
We, Daniel & Evelyn Ryan, Sellers, certify this puppy to be a purebred of the stated breed, of sound body, good health, and free of communicable diseases as far as appears to the eye, unless otherwise disclosed. We guarantee this puppy to be free from genetic defects of the heart, liver, and/or kidney for one year from date of birth, provided the puppy has had proper care from new owner(s), and has been provided scheduled care, including vaccinations and regular checkups, from a qualified licensed veterinarian. This guarantee is not transferable should you decide to relinquish ownership to another party.
A veterinary checkup should be made within 72 hours of receiving the puppy, (excluding Sunday & Holidays), to determine it is in good health. If it is not given a clean bill of health, Sellers must be notified by certified mail postmarked within one week of checkup. Failure to have puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within the specified time limit makes this guarantee null and void. Any communicable disease contracted after the 72 hour period is not included in this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover rare occasional congenital defects which may occur later but are not life threatening, ie: food allergies, knee, eye, or skin problems.
Should the puppy develop a life threatening defect of the heart, liver, or kidney, and require euthanization before the age of one (1) year, Buyer will receive a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available or a refund. If puppy was discounted in price when purchased, Buyer shall pay the difference from original price for a new puppy. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all medical costs and care. NO reimbursements will be made on these costs. Proof of veterinary care, euthanization, diagnostic reports, all health records, and a written report of the dog’s health problem will be furnished to the Sellers by the attending licensed veterinarian before a refund or replacement puppy is given.
We certify this puppy was examined at the Eastridge Animal Center in Chariton, Iowa, by a licensed veterinarian and found to be in good health, unless otherwise stated. No fecal exam or blood work is included in this examination.
Please sign one copy of this agreement and return with a copy of your first Vet Receipt in the postage paid envelope provided. Failure to return will nullify and void agreement. Thank You for purchasing one of our puppies!

| ABOUT SHIPPING-PUPPIES-ETC.Shipping is available at a cost of $250-$350 to most major US airports, depending on airlines and type of shipment. Shipping to Anchorage, Alaska will be $350. We cannot ship if temperatures are below 20 or above 85 degrees at any place the flight touches down, including connecting cities. You are welcome to fly into Des Moines, Iowa and we will meet you there with your puppy. If you can find a cheap flight, sometimes it is cheaper than shipping. Also, your puppy flies in-cabin rather than cargo.
Puppies are sold with with limited registration. Full registration/breeding rights are available for an additional fee. Please call if full breeding rights are requested. Puppies come with health record, vet checked, dewclaws removed, current on vaccinations for age, de-wormed, written 1 year guarantee for life threatening genetic defects of the heart, liver, and kidney, and they have had lots of handling. Also included is a collar, leash, toy, and small packet of food. They are bathed, have toenails clipped, and ears checked before leaving for their new home.
Every puppy has their own personality. Some are shy, some are more outgoing, stubborn, loving, loud, quiet, etc., even with the same amount of handling or being from the same litter. Some train very easily, some take a bit more patience and time. Some puppies will readily adjust to their new homes, others take a little longer depending on their environment, number in the family, ages of children, other pets, etc.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Balance is due at pickup or before shipping. We accept PayPal (please add 3%), money order, or check. Personal check must clear before puppy is shipped. Please let us know if you have any questions. |
